www.okeyshoe.com likes to keep you informed throughout the order process. When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation message following up. Once your order begins its road trip from our warehouse to you, we’ll send another email with Express tracking information. Don’t forget, we ship Monday through Friday only. Standard shipping is usually delivered in 7 to 10 business days.
Returns for refund
Any returns for refund must be done within 7 days and the sneakers must be returned in "brand new" condition in the original packing. Returned sneakers that had been worn will not be accepted. Please understand that sneakers and its accessories, tag, etc returned must be in the brand new condition and in the original packing, ready to sell again as brand new merchandise. If the shoe box is directly used as the return shipping package without any protection, you will be charged USD15.00 as the repacking fee. The return shipping rate is on your account, unless it is out of our mistake.
Defective refund
